The users of this application were people who wanted immediate help in case of any emergency.
The customer wanted to create a mobile application to quickly call for help in an emergency (fire, attack, car accident, a sharp deterioration in health) without using voice or typing.

The company had used another development team for this project and turned to ITUniversum ⅔ into production due to some major issues. Luckily, the team did have the source code and all access, however:

  • The project could not go live and was past the release date deadline
  • Code was unstable
  • Application functions did not work

Quick response though non-voice communication with official help services
Discrete messaging that disappears after being sent
Access a map that shows requests for help and first responder locations
Ability to send a request to a specific first responder and make help teams
